The App's core security function involves the camera:

• When an unauthorized access attempt is detected, the App automatically captures a still photograph using the device's front-facing camera.
• These photographs may incidentally contain facial data if a person is in front of the camera at the time of detection.
• Important: We do not perform facial recognition, create biometric templates, or analyze facial features. The images are stored as standard photographs for visual identification purposes only.

2.3 Location Data

The App requests location permission to add geographical context to captured photographs.

• Location data (approximate coordinates) is collected only at the moment a security photograph is taken.
• We do not track continuous or real-time location, nor do we perform background location tracking unrelated to security event tagging.

2.4 Device Access Information

We monitor device access patterns to enable the App's security features:

• Screen unlock attempts and timestamps
• Device motion and handling patterns (for pocket/motion detection)
• Security event triggers and alerts

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

All data processing for security features (camera, location) occurs locally on your device.

4. Data Storage, Sharing & Retention

4.1 Storage

All captured photographs and associated location data are stored exclusively in your device's private, local storage (the App's internal Documents directory). The data is encrypted using your device's built-in security mechanisms and is accessible only through the App itself.

4.2 Sharing

We do not share, transmit, or upload any personal data (including photographs or location information) to any external servers, cloud services, or third parties. All data remains on your device at all times.

4.3 Retention

Photographs remain on your device until you take one of the following actions:

• Manually delete individual photographs from within the App's gallery.
• Use the "Delete All" function in the App's settings.
• Uninstall the App, which removes all associated data from your device.

There is no automatic deletion policy - you have full control over how long your data is retained.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We do not share the personal data described in Sections 2.2 and 2.3 (Camera Images and Location Data) with anyone.

We may share limited, non-personal, aggregated information (anonymous usage statistics) with service providers to help us improve the App's performance. These partners are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

You maintain complete control over your data:

• Right to Access: You can view all captured photographs and associated data in the App's gallery.
• Right to Deletion: You can delete any photograph individually or all photographs at once within the App.

6.2 App Permissions

You can manage App permissions at any time through your device's system settings:

• Camera access can be enabled/disabled.
• Location services can be set to "Never," "While Using the App," or "Always" (if required for background features).
• Notifications can be customized.

6.3 Complete Data Removal

Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data associated with it from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
